Golden Fries
Golden Fries was founded to create the perfect fry using 100% Australian produce while supporting local jobs and community growth. Since 2018, they’ve grown from a small Heidelberg facility into one of Australia’s largest Australian-owned potato chip manufacturers.
When Golden Fries partnered with RW Marketing, the initial focus was to build a strong brand foundation for the foodservice sector. We developed the core strategy and creative system, including the Golden Fries identity, the Golden Crunch sub brand, website design and development, and a suite of sales and marketing collaterals. This helped strengthen communication with their distributors and wider dealer network, clearly articulating product quality and key selling points across B2B channels.
As the business evolved and expanded into retail, this foundation became the platform for growth. RW Marketing extended the brand into consumer packaging, designing retail-ready ranges.
Photography and videography were produced across farms, factories, and production sites, capturing the full end-to end process and reinforcing transparency and quality.
The result is a unified brand ecosystem across food service and retail, supporting Golden Fries’ transition from a distributor-led business into a nationally recognised consumer brand.
