RW Marketing was approached by St. George’s Sourdough Bakehouse, led by the passionate George. He wanted to create a brand that embodied his vision of elevating bread beyond mere food and reflected his dedication to perfecting the art of bread-making.


Our challenge was to develop a brand that showcased George’s passion for superior-quality bread while resonating with a wide audience. To strike this balance, RW Marketing created a playful, family-oriented brand concept called the “Doughground” that captured George’s passion for sourdough.


The brand was envisioned as a gathering place where people could come together to enjoy heavenly baked treats, emphasising the elevated quality of the baked goods. Along with the branding concept, RW Marketing assisted in developing various brand elements, including brand apparel, signage, a user-friendly website, and engaging social media content.


The collaboration resulted in a comprehensive brand development that communicated the values of St. George’s Sourdough Bakehouse effectively across various channels, fostering a strong connection with its customers. The playful and family-oriented branding has contributed to the establishment of the Doughground as a gathering place for the community, where heavenly baked treats are enjoyed by all.
